Dr. Arnab Mitra, a physicist, educator, entrepreneur and the founder of Better Persona, recognized a significant gap in the Indian youth while recruiting for his ventures – most lacked essential technical and social skills. This gap severely impacted their employability, confidence, communication, and career paths, contributing to unemployment despite academic qualifications. To address this, he launched a mission focused on training the youth in relevant skills. His approach was twofold: equipping children early with technical skills for job readiness and teaching soft skills and image management to improve professional and social interactions, and self-confidence.
Dr. Ranjit Guha a brilliant surgeon who did his MBBS from Calcutta Medical College and MS from SSKM, Kolkata. He has over three decades experience in medical practice, education and administration. Currently he is the principal of Indira Gandhi Institute of Medical Science. He has been associated with and a guiding member of the endeavour from the beginning.
